CIMB Clicks is an Internet Banking portal that is accessible via the website (www.cimbclicks.com.sg) or on mobile (via CIMB Clicks Singapore app on iPhone or Android ) by all CIMB Bank Singapore’s retail banking customers who possess a Singapore-Dollar Current Account or Savings Account. It enables our them to perform banking transactions conveniently anytime, anywhere.
How do I register for this service? What do I need to access this service?
You can download, fill in, and mail the completed CIMB Clicks Application Form to us. Alternatively, you may also apply for this service at any of our branches.
You will then be provided with an Activation Code via mail.
Log in to www.cimbclicks.com.sg with your Activation Code to perform your First Time Login. You will be prompted to choose your CIMB Clicks ID and password during your First Time Login. Upon completion, you will be able to perform Internet Banking transactions on CIMB Clicks.
How can I view my CIMB Malaysia accounts via CIMB Clicks Singapore?
You need to link your Malaysia accounts before you can view them on www.cimbclicks.com.sg. You may find the “Link My CIMB Malaysia A/C” option on the left navigation panel of the CIMB Clicks website after login.
Immediately upon successful completion of your First Time Login at www.cimbclicks.com.sg, you may begin to enjoy the convenience of our Internet Banking service.
Can I use this service if I don’t have any banking account with CIMB Bank?

I got an error message indicating that my password is incorrect. What shall I do?
You have a maximum of 3 attempts to enter your password. Please retry by keying in your correct CIMB Clicks ID and password again. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, your Internet Banking access will be suspended to safeguard you against unauthorised access. Contact Us if you need any assistance.
